Visiting & Collection

How it works, from first message to bringing your puppy home.

  1. Get in touch using the contact form, or call us.
  2. Visit us at our home in [Town, County] and meet the puppies with their mum.
  3. Reserve if you would like to go ahead: pay a [£] deposit after the visit, with a written receipt and the terms.
  4. Collect your puppy from us at 8 weeks or older. We go through the contract, microchip transfer and care plan together.
  5. Stay in touch for life. If you ever cannot keep your dog, we will take them back.

We do not deliver, post or courier puppies. Puppies only leave from our home, with you, after you have met them with their mum. This is what the law expects, and it protects you from scams.

Protect yourself, from any seller

  • Always see the puppy with its mum, where it was born.
  • Never pay a deposit before visiting.
  • Ask for the breeder licence number and check it with the council.
  • Check KC registration on the Royal Kennel Club website.
